Review the charter terms for Pearl & Prow private yacht charters in Dubai. Our fleet of 88 yachts and boats ranges from 33 to 164 feet, departing from Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour. These terms outline our booking confirmation, payment rules, inclusions, and policies so you know what to expect before sailing.
Securing your charter date and payment
Charters run for a minimum of 2 hours, with hourly rates from 600 AED to 18,900 AED including VAT. To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit is required. We do not hold charter dates without this payment. The remaining balance is settled prior to departure. Our team responds within 15 minutes between 9:00 and 23:00 GST daily via the WhatsApp button on this page. Every charter includes a licensed captain and crew, fuel, marine insurance, soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets.
Adverse weather and rescheduling conditions
If conditions on the water do not allow sailing, you will not lose your booking. When adverse weather prevents departure from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour, we either move your charter to another available date or refund your payment in full. The choice between rescheduling and receiving a refund rests entirely with the guest. We coordinate all date adjustments directly through the WhatsApp chat on our website to ensure a swift and clear resolution.
Coverage and onboard safety provisions
All 88 yachts and boats in our fleet operate under standard marine insurance covering the vessel, crew, and guests during the charter. Each charter is staffed by a qualified captain and crew responsible for vessel operation and safety management. Life jackets and essential safety gear are stocked on every craft. Water sports gear, transfers, and external entertainment arranged upon request operate under our standard charter framework coordinated via our team.
Guest guidelines and food arrangements
You do not need to present a passport or ID to board our yachts and boats. Vessels accommodate up to 90 guests depending on capacity. You may bring your own food and beverages on board, including alcoholic drinks, with zero corkage fees. Optional add-ons such as catering, BBQ menus, bar service, water sports, fishing tackle, sound systems, DJ setups, decorations, and car transfers can be arranged upon request prior to your scheduled charter departure.

Common questions
What happens if adverse weather prevents our cruise?
If weather conditions prevent your yacht from sailing, you can choose to reschedule your charter for another suitable date or receive a full refund of your payment. We manage all arrangements directly with you via the chat.
Can I get my 30% deposit back if plans change?
Your 30% deposit confirms and secures your booking slot. If your trip cannot proceed because weather prevents sailing, you may choose either a complete refund of your payment or a rescheduled date coordinated directly in our chat.
Are we permitted to carry our own refreshments on the yacht?
Yes. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages on board. We do not charge corkage fees. We supply complimentary chilled soft drinks, ice, and towels on every charter.
